Mô tả công việc

Our client - Linde Gas Vietnam - is looking for Business Manager as follows: 

The Linde Group is a world leading supplier of industrial, process and speciality gases and is one of the most profitable engineering companies. Linde products and services can be found in nearly every industry, in more than 100 countries. 

Purpose of the position: 

—    Manage the customer relationship at Electronics customers in North Vietnam, particularly for the physical fulfilment of orders for electronic special gases (ESGs)

—    Safely manage the local physical supply chain for ESGs by managing 3rd party logistics providers to store and deliver goods according to local regulations and Linde standards

—    Manage required gas delivery equipment (GDE) assets, full and empties, to ensure sufficient stock to meet customer demands

—    Participate in business development activities to grow existing business and/or identify new business opportunities for ESG or MPG products

Principal responsibilities: 

—    Understand customer requirements; anticipate and meet the needs of customers; build long-term customer relationships; share customer insight with colleagues

—    Understand supply chain/logistics for ESGs into North Vietnam; develop strong relationships with local 3rd party Logistics Providers; ensure all local regulations and Linde standards are adhered to

—    Organize and supervise regular deliveries of ESGs to Electronics customers in North Vietnam; manage GDE; identify areas for improvement in supply chain/logistics

—    Identify opportunities to grow the Solar/Electronics business

—    Identify opportunities for business development for MPG products

Required key skills (functional/technical):

—    Language skills: Vietnamese (fluent spoken and written), Mandarin (spoken), English (spoken)

—    Broad range of product knowledge, including technical expertise in electronic special gases (silane and ammonia)

—    Strong communication skills

—    Ability to accommodate different cultures

—    Ability to work independently

 Required qualifications/experience

—    Engineering degree or local equivalent

—    1-3 years of experience in a related industry preferably in a role with customer contact

—    Knowledge of chemistry, chemicals

—    Experience with customer relationships

—    Experience as an independent contributor to a team
