Mô tả công việc

Responsibility

  • Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials; good and supplies.
  • Coordinate with internal relative departments for identifying the types, specification, and requirement to ensure the supply of the right materials, products and services.
  • Select the best supplies who can provide goods with best prices, good quality as well as delivery time as requirement: researching suppliers and the make Tabulation Sheet/ Get approval from BOD.
  • Negotiate and prepare the contract with suppliers. Follow up the contract implementation including price, delivery, quantity, quality, payment, warranty,…
  • Interact with suppliers.
  • Review deliveries against the orders.
  • Track the status of any orders.
  • Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
  • Ensure that any invoices are sent to accounts for payment.
  • Handle and solve the problem in procurement steps (if any).
  • Manage any procurement activities including PEP’s (request for Proposals).
  • Evaluate supplies based on price, quality, and delivery speed. Prepare and maitntain purchasing records, reports and price lists. Keep maintain supplies relationships and regularly vendor list follow IDO 9000 standard.
  • To prepare/ review agreements, contracts and other legal documents;
  • Other duties as assigned by department manager

Authority

  • Offering recommendations for good Suppliers to incorporate into “Qualified vendors list”.
  • Ordering and supervising her/ his subordinates (Commercial Officer/ Purchaser) to fulfill their task (as defined in Job Description) as per request of her/him or BOD.
  • Refusing delivered goods from vendor if product quality is not up to the demand.
  • Granting to access upper level of database in company server.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education/ Knowledge

·       Bachelor in Business Administration or foreign trade.

Experience

·         Fresh, 1-2 similar experienced years

Skill

·         Good communication and negotiation skills.

·         Computer: excellent in using Ms.Office and Internet.

·         Good English ( toeic ≥ 500)

Physical Requirements

·         Good health.

·         Opened-mind.

·         Working under pressure.

·         Dynamic and proactive person.

·         Strong knowledge about Company product.
